Growing up, my family and I made it a tradition to enjoy haddock every Friday at Joe's back when it was in the Shop City Mall, and even after moving to a new location nearby, the quality and friendly service have remained consistently excellent. Whenever I visit now, I always order their haddock, fried clams, and scallops with fries, savoring the delicious breading and fresh seafood that make me feel right at home.

I've known Joe since I was a kid, and we always grabbed haddock at his place when it was in the mall, so it's awesome to see him thriving in a new spot nearby. Every time I visit, I order the fried haddock, clams, and scallops, and it feels like a big family reunion with the friendly service and delicious food.

Would not go there again. Both N..Syracuse and W. Genesee much better and friendlier. Swansea charges for catsup and charge for sandwiches by the pound. I had to buy fish by the pound and rolls separately to make a larger sandwich to take to patients at the hospital. Only one size sandwich and not very big. What a pain in the ....
