I discovered this food truck at Soulin on the River and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious offerings. The Surf & Turf combo I ordered was flavorful and satisfying, with perfectly seasoned wings and fish. Best fried catfish I've ever had! I was a little apprehensive about eating from a foodtruck but a friend recommended this truck. Awesome customer service and I didn't have to wait long. Can't wait to try the Cajun buffalo Dirty Wings.
