I discovered this restaurant through Instagram and was intrigued by the unique concept of self-roasting skewers. However, we learned that you need to request to roast your own skewers to prevent them from arriving cold. While some items were pricey, such as the $18 entrees, the more exotic meats like chicken heart and beef tongue were flavorful, though a bit costly at around $10 for a few skewers.
