I'm getting tired of this manager kid not getting after his own staff. Not the first time the keep messing up my order. Not sure if they just like to mess up my order just for kicks and giggles. Very unprofessional. They really need to train their staff properly and they really need to pay attention what they grab and confirm the Oder with the buyer or the DoorDash also. They also need to fix the damn little Cesar app on the drinks. On their app it has option to choose what drink you want, either diet or regular. But when I pay for the order online, it automatically changes to regular Pepsi product. So it doesn't specify one diet. Which I choose diet Pepsi product, and they keep bringing me regular Pepsi by DoorDash. I shouldn't be calling the driver to remind him or her to bring me diet drink. If not, what is the purpose of ordering online if they can't seem to fix it. That doesn't make any sense. I have made so many companies to DoorDash and to little Cesar manger. I also had placed an order online for me to pick up later and they seem to f-ck that up to. I had to wait for them to do the order again when it was busy that day. Once again, what is the purpose of me putting a time order when they seem to f-ck that up to. The purpose of ordering online so you don't have to wait you just go pick it up and that's it. This store needs to really retrain or fire employee that keep messing up order especially mine. The owners of this place really needs to be on top of their employees. That's going to make them look bad in their business.
