Returning to Pappadeaux during lunchtime meant a lively atmosphere and prompt seating at the bar, where Trey's friendly service and the refreshing Swamp Thing drink set a great tone. While the shrimp gumbo fell short in flavor, the Mississippi Catfish Opelousas was a flavorful and satisfying entrí©e, paired with generous portions and attentive service that made the overall dining experience enjoyable.
