Tyler McCrudden provided the best service I've ever experienced, going above and beyond to help me and make me feel welcome. Despite my forgetfulness with my glasses, he kindly read me the menu and ensured my pretzel was hot and ready. It was a delightful surprise when he offered to pay for my pretzel, making my first visit even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for their delicious pretzels and exceptional customer service.
