45 minute wait to order a steak only to watch two tables who came in ten minutes after eat their meals before we could order. Horrible service.

Me my friend Ben eating there for a while and we had 2 drinks we eaten I think some woman that worked there darling Like that name told me my friend we had to leave because we were talking about The customer is always right and she didn't like that and she told us we had to leave and get out I've been coming there for about 3 months now 2 to 3 times A week and for her to tell me that I was offended and I think she should be fired and out of that job she's no place for a person and her position to hold
To be rude to customers paying customers of a lot of money a week big tips and she feels like we're dirt

Wonderful food, Larry the owner is nice but treats his wife who works with him terrible behind closed doors per previous employee. Aggressive man putting on a show for customers.

New to the Area, so wasn't sure where to go for good food, good service at a reasonable price,with a good atmosphere .. We were told about the Gator Shack on 98 aww perfect 3 miles from our house!
We now go to the Gator Shack at least twice a week...The Food is Absolutely AMAZING!! From the Steak(which btw is brought to your table for viewing pre order). to the Sandwiches, Even the Appetizers!
The cocktails are also very good,!
The ICED Tea is so fresh !
Did I mention the service?
By far the friendliest staff, we have had the pleasure of meeting. Everybody is friendly and actually act like they enjoy serving you.
Justina has become our favorite server, however they all are very good at what they do. We couldn't be happier finding this lil gem!!
