I genuinely enjoyed my lunch with a friend at this restaurant, where we experienced a great selection of food, excellent service, and generous portions. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal, and I recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

My wife and I moved to Averill Park 5 years ago and have patronized Crossroads during this time. Your food is good and we have been pleased.

I like the chicken salad and have ordered it with dry chicken, no onion, no olives. In three of the past 5 attempts the order has been wrong - each time the chicken is hot sauce.

My wife called tonight ordered a pizza (good) and a salad, dry, no onion, no olives. When I arrived to pick it up, I was opening it to check it and the server assured me it was as ordered so I accepted it.

When I got home I found the salad... loaded with onions, blue cheese dressings or crumbly blu cheese, a couple of tomato pieces, no monterey jack, and the chicken was dry... I saw the order slip that had capital letters dry, no onions, no olives, and nowhere in the description is there bleu cheese at all.

Te salad... was small, covered in onions, no cheese, almost no tomato, and inedible since I'm allergic to onions.

It would be hard to find anything more that could have been wrong with this order - That was my last attempt - Never again!
I sent the owner an email and found his short response "I apologize" not very helpful.

I like the chicken salad and have ordered it with dry chicken, no onion, no olives. In three of the past 5 attempts the order has been wrong - each time the chicken is hot sauce. but this time my wife insisted they write it down carefully and ordered a pizza (good) and a salad, dry, no onion,no olives. . it was small, covered in onions, no cheese, almost no tomato, and inedible since I'm allergic to onions. I did a 16 second close up video I can send you if you like.

I don't want to write a bad online review but I spent $37 and got no dinner yet again. We have been loyal and continued to patronize Crossroads but this is too much.

Pizza is good (not so many toppings for $2.50 each), but if you want anything special the odds are not in your favor.

I wrote the owner an email and got a short response, "I apologize." - Didn't make up for the $14 that landed in the garbage.

My family gathered at Crossroads for a birthday dinner on Wed. March 30. We were seated at the round corner table which fit our group comfortably. The food was GREAT...and the service was OUTSTANDING !! I am so glad that we chose Crossroads for this special event.

The food is great and we have yet to have a meal that was not wonderful. The portions are large, and their take out menu makes this a great choice for a pick up dinner
