For my daughter's birthday, I ordered a dozen strawberries for delivery to her workplace, but due to a conference, they couldn't be delivered on time. After a few hiccups, Shari's Berries not only sent a fresh replacement order at no extra cost but also impressed me with their excellent customer service, leading me to place another order shortly after.
