I have Celiac and can't eat wheat, rye, barley, hops and Molt. I explained this to the staff and they have been wonderful about keeping my steak and food separate from any of the above. There are items on the buffet I can have but must be carful which is my responsibility not the restaurants !!! I enjoy the food, staff and its dinning area is always very, very clean!!!
