One of my favorite dining spots at SJC is a Mexican restaurant with delicious shrimp quesadillas and fresh salsa. Despite the slightly higher prices, the quality and taste make it worth it. The street tacos are a must-try, and the service is always fast and friendly. Plus, they even offer free tacos during select hours on certain days - a fantastic deal!
