While swinging by the RMV in Chinatown, I spotted a food truck parked on the corner that caught my eye. Opting for a quick lunch, I decided to order two empanadas - one beef and one corn and cheese - with a side of sweet potato fries. The staff member who took my order was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful insights on the menu items. The food was fresh and flavorful, particularly the unique corn and cheese empanada, and I enjoyed a refreshing sample of their homemade Mint Ginger Lemonade while waiting for my order.
