The kitchen at Delta61 is run by three incredibly sweet ladies, and every dish feels like your momma's home cooking. I enjoyed the chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, and it was wonderfully flavorful, while the catfish basket had a spicy, crispy coating that was cooked to perfection.
