Any eatery that has a line is an excellent sign that the dining experience will be excellent. Harbor did not disappoint. The flavorful combinations of foods combined with gracious and attentive service made it a wonderful experience.
Kudos to the management for hiring such a good staff, serving delicious decaffeinated coffee, and having spacious counter seating!
