This hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Although some areas like the elevators and beach access were undergoing renovations, the wonderful customer service, great dining options, and thoughtful amenities made the experience truly memorable.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, with exceptional service from Lanei and the manager who assisted me with extra charging time for my Tesla. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel, although currently under renovation, offered comfortable accommodations and great dining options. The access to the beach was convenient, but some areas could use improvement.
