racist manager (Norm). Claimed my friends "smuggled in Chick-fil-A. When I told him we had already finished eating he then made up a lie that my friends and I can in wasted and were stumbling. I drove. They refused to bring us our drink orders and left us sitting there for over 20 minutes.
