Nestled just beyond Ashland, this cozy eatery exudes a charming, hometown vibe reminiscent of a bygone era. Our meal began with the delectable hush puppies, a generous portion that tantalized our taste buds at an unbeatable price. While the barbecue fell slightly short of award-winning status, the beef brisket sandwich stood out with its ample meat and perfectly balanced BBQ sauce, complemented by a side of crunchy coleslaw. The attentive service from Molly, coupled with the rustic ambiance, made for a memorable dining experience that left us eager to return.

WONDERFUL BARBECUE AND EQUALLY WONDERFUL FRENCH FRIES. YOU GET NICE SIZE PLATE. YOU WON'T LEAVE HUNGRY. THE DESSERTS LOOK WONDERFUL. UNFORTUNATELY, I COULDN'T HOLD THE DESSERT.
