The dining experience at Twisted Fork in Texarkana was overall enjoyable with a variety of dishes to choose from. While some items like the crab dip and red fish were good, others such as the ranch dressing and mango chutney lacked flavor. The standout dish was the jalapeño cheese grits, highly recommended for its delicious taste. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a worthwhile stop for a meal on a road trip.
