La Fontana in El Doral offers a wonderful dining experience with authentic Italian dishes, including house-made pasta and sauces that really stand out. I loved the focaccia with oregano and Parmesan, the rich pasta pesto Genovese, and the seafood-packed Risotto Frutti di Mari, which felt worth every penny despite being a bit pricey. The service was attentive and friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made for a great night out, especially enjoying the pistachio Tres Leches dessert and some refreshing drinks.
