I'm not surprised by the negative reviews, considering the higher prices, but I still find myself paying for it. It's important to know there are two menus - one at the counter and another on the Ritual App. I recently discovered the second menu and have been ordering Edamame regularly. While I enjoy the food, I do feel it's overpriced, and I think they should consider offering daily specials or lowering prices based on the feedback from customers.
