After seeing Guy Fieri enjoy an enormous, crispy meat hash brown on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, I canceled other plans to try this small, casual Orlando restaurant known for its fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned potato dishes like rosti and chicken catupiry baked potato, where friendly and attentive service, a peaceful atmosphere, and unique menu items such as tapioca cheese bites and fresh-squeezed juices made for a delicious and memorable dining experience despite minor drawbacks like a wobbly table, a single restroom, and an overly salty beef empanada.
