I rarely eat out because most restaurants use way too much sodium where I can't eat it but I order food from Rickys II and hardly anything was fresh the rice tasted like it was reheated, the beans diffently where not fresh they had a fowl order to them, pupuspas way too much cheese and weren't the same as I eaten in NJ/NY the chicken was way too salty and there prices are too much I will never go back.

Prior to working for Department of Health and as a business restaurant owner leftover food from today should be thrown out if its not sold.

When you're at home you keep leftovers but not in a business keeping food for 2 and 3 days is gross and most customers will not know but if you're use to eating certain foods like beans you know they're not fresh beans are cheap to buy so they can be thrown out not saved tell you get rid of them for 2 and 3 days it's not right I had a major stomach ache from what little I ate dissatisfied customer
