The service and food at Dale Lazor's Mr Hero store are consistently excellent, with my orders always ready on time and the staff always cheerful and efficient. The store is well-managed, the subs are delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant, making it a great dining experience overall. The only minor critique I have is that the fries could have been a bit crispier, but that doesn't take away from the overall positive impression of the place.
