The shrimp po boy and Cajun fries were a solid choice - fast, fresh, and reasonably priced. What I liked most was the variety of sauce options for the fries. Despite being located inside a Valero, the Great American Burger on Jalapeño Cheese Bread was surprisingly tasty - definitely a spot worth revisiting. Overall, a satisfying meal and a convenient find during my visit to Minden.
