The teriyaki burger burst with flavor, perfectly complemented by crispy fries and a refreshing root beer, while the friendly staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Sitting outside under the umbrellas, surrounded by charming aesthetics and warm weather, made the meal even more memorable, and I can't wait to return for another delicious bite.

The teriyaki burger I had was incredible, and the service was even better-shoutout to the sweet lady who made sure we had enough light and offered to replace my soda when the machine ran out of syrup. The atmosphere was really nice, and even though the prices could be a bit friendlier, the food is always worth it, making it a must-stop whenever I'm passing through Chino Valley.

It seems like the food was better at the old location. We ate here a few days ago and were very disappointed. The people working there used to be real friendly and helpful. The new employees act like they don't care much for their jobs. My wife had the chili burger, only to find out it is really a chili bean sandwich. She didn't like it at all. My hamburger was OK, but the onion rings we ordered were not good. Way too greasy. I don't know if we will be back. And the price tag was $ 36 dollars. Too much for what we got. Pepper Jacks, are you listening???

The new location is much nicer than the older one but lacks the wind brakes the prior location had. The new location is better for the employees and the ordering is easier. Little concern for the patrons was given to the eating location, not even a roof over the old picnic tables, High winds made keeping the baskets and napkins on the table challenging.
The two burgers one with 1/2 order of onion rings were almost uneatable with the breading that fell off if you took a bite and the two tables spoons of oil in the bottom of the basket at over $40 were less than expected. The milkshake was good to the taster if you ate it with a spoon as you could not drink it. We left with the rain.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FOOD FROM THE OLD LOCATION?

We go back quite often, like the Pepper Jack burger. But if you want to add something of omit something to it they get it wrong. Yesterday we asked for onions and didn't get them. The order mix up has happened more then once. Also not a fan of the crinkle frys. Good burger just get it right.
