I've only gone there just the one time. I was invited to go with a small group of friends for dinner & drinks. The full bar is stocked well and the wait staff are skilled in the art of making a variety of tasty adult beverages. One of the group I was with ordered a drink that I had never heard of, I'm 50 yrs old! Lol! When this drink arrived a few minutes later, it was heavily Laden with what I can only describe as bunch of beat up spinach or kale floating yet wilted. But to my surprise and Delight that drink was quite delicious I can't remember the name of that drink today but I do know I know that those drinks slip right down, and they're healthy!? They have vegetables in them. I think? LOL! We ordered two different types of sushi rolls 71 rolls and the California rolls. The 71 rolls are delicious ! Even those who claim not to like sushi, such as myself, will find the 71 rolls, at 71 Chophouse edible! Please try chopsticks even if you are not used to eating food with a couple of sticks , an humorous exception will be made for those novices who only eat with sticks if you ordered skewers or kebabs. LOL! Be wary of the wasabi that little green spoonful on the side is quite powerful horseradish. I myself was not aware what it was was. I later came to believe the woman that popped the whole spoonful in her mouth in what bite, was experiencing a vegetable high! The pre-dinner adult beverages I'm sure. Before the appetizer course was done, we ordered another round of the 71 rolls , Wasabi on the side. We all agreed how much more we liked the 2 plates of the 71 Chophouse rolls so much more than the plate of California rolls. We all are dinner and had a great time. I don't drive myself and I wait like a kid for Xmas for my next opportunity to eat at the 71 Chophouse.
