best restaurant in the world i love there avacoda roll and the pho and i love the california roll there are safe and clean there amazing my whole family is in love with rock'n sushi!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Went by myself and ordered all at once to help server since they were busy. Ordered a corona, sake, sashimi, and tataki. 10 minutes goes by. Nothing. Since I'm sitting at the bar the sushi makers were handing out the food to people at the bar. At 12 minutes I get the sashimi. 2 minutes later the server comes by with a corona (no lime) and begins walking away. I stopped her and asked for a glass, lime, the sake, and utensils. Was I supposed to eat with my hands and no napkin? She returns with a glass and the sake. Nothing else so I still can't eat I politely ask if she had forgotten the napkin and utensils. 2 more minutes and she comes back with a rolled up napkin but no utensils. I'm serious, you can't make this stuff up. Now I'm upset so I go to the front and ask for the manager. The lady working the take out orders (and who was also my server) says she was the manager and asked what my problem was. Wow. So after I explain my disappointment I at least expected an apology and get utensils so I could eat. She offered neither so I told her I was leaving and all she said was "Bye" You know, a lot of people are unemployed from this whole COVID thing and many restaurants are struggling and Rock'n Sushi cannot even serve a corona with a lime.. I'll never go back and I'm sure Rockn Sushi doesn't care that I'm going to tell everyone I know this story. And I know a lot of people. BYE
