It's interesting to see the transformation from Turkish Express to an Uzbek restaurant, especially since I was in the mood for kebabs but enjoyed the warming beef soup, lebne, and dumplings instead. The staff was friendly, and while the food was delicious and offered a unique plov, the establishment could benefit from some cleaning and renovations.

The Uzbek food at this restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with delicious beef soup, lebne, and flavorful dumplings. The staff was friendly, and the location added to the overall experience. I enjoyed the samsa and would definitely return to try more dishes from their menu.
