The ribs at this food truck are excellent and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The beans were delicious and the staff was very friendly. The 2 person meal offered a variety of great smoked meats at a reasonable price, and the cake was a tasty treat. I appreciate that they visit Goodland, though I wish they were a permanent fixture in our local area.
