We ordered 6 large subs Wednesday night and every one of them was either missing cheese or bacon. This is the 2nd time they have messed our order up in a row so I called and spoke to Brady. He told me that I could come back up and they would remake them. We were already home and 3 of our kids are sick So that wasn't an option. He said that I could come up another day and get the order remade and that he would write my name down. Tonight, 2 days later, we came in to try to get the order remade and they refused to do it. I had the receipt, Brady's name, and all of the details they could possibly need. They told me that my only option was to come in a different time when the general man was there. The food is terrible because it seems they cannot make anything correctly and the customer service is terrible.
No one was the least bit helpful or even apologetic for all of the trouble. I will say that Zack did call and talk to the managers and they are the one's that refused to help. Doesn't seem like they care to lose a customer because that is abs what happened tonight. Take your business to someone that appreciates it.
