I was drawn to this renowned meat market for its exceptional quality and friendly, helpful staff. Despite slightly higher prices, the unbeatable quality of their sausages, meats, and deli items make it worth the visit.

While visiting family in La. I brought back some white hot boudin, Audullie sausage, Tasso, & beef jerky. I loved it & so did my mom. We live in Calif. Mean time my mom has ordered boudin from somewhere else & it just didn't taste like home until she tasted yours. We would like to do mail orders with you. Thank you. Leontine Fox
