Thank you Mandy.
I made a reservation this a.m. for 3 for lunch for tomorrow, Wed, Oct 3, 2018. When I returned home this p.m., I saw my reservation had been cancelled. So I called.
Fortunately, a very personable individual name Mandy answered. She kindly explained that I had made the reservation for TODAY, Oct 2 instead of Oct 3. She was more than helpful and assured me that I would have a reservation for the needed date.
The personnel at the Whitney House has always been more than helpful but this is an exceptional display of professionalism and personalism.
