The warm, inviting ambiance combined with attentive, genuinely friendly staff made every visit feel special, whether enjoying a late-night drink or a hearty meal before a flight. Each dish, from the homemade veal parmigiana to the creatively stuffed peppers, showcased care and quality that truly stood out amid the bustling hotel environment. Even amidst the lively energy of families and travelers, the hospitality and delicious flavors provided a comforting refuge worth returning to time and again.

The hotel bar is very convenient for travelers, with a great selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere. I stopped in before flying out of Cleveland and was pleasantly surprised by the nice menu offering typical bar food. The veal parmigiana was exceptional, as was the salmon salad, and I will definitely consider coming back in the future.
