The boba here is delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the service is always quick and friendly. Their drinks, like the green apple pineapple slush and Lychee Jasmine tea, are consistently on point, and the food, especially the bahn mi sandwiches, is flavorful and well-prepared. The owner and staff create such a welcoming atmosphere, making every visit enjoyable, and the free WiFi is a nice bonus.

I absolutely adore the boba here; it's always perfectly cooked, not too hard or mushy - just right. The menu offers a wide variety of combinations, and the food options are fantastic. On my first visit, the cashier suggested the Thai tea, which turned out to be amazing - just remember to give it a good shake before sipping! The grilled pork banh mi was delicious, with the pickled veggies balancing the sweet pork perfectly, and the spicy breaded tofu had a kick that was worth it for the flavor. Overall, this tea house exceeds expectations, offering great drinks, tasty snacks, and friendly service that makes you feel right at home.
