After trying several small Mexican restaurants in Henderson, I discovered this one, and the food was surprisingly delicious, particularly the asada fries. The fries are perfectly sized, and everything they add enhances the flavor, making it a satisfying experience. The service was friendly and efficient, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations, especially the Chile Relleno Burrito and the flavorful red sauce.

I explored various Mexican eateries in Henderson and was disappointed, especially with the asada fries. However, I stumbled upon this hidden gem and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors. The portion sizes are just right and the toppings are perfect. I will definitely be returning for more. Their horchata is also worth a try, adding to the local Las Vegas food experience.
