While attending the Gem Show, I had the pleasure of indulging in a delicious meal from a fantastic food truck serving Venezuelan-style arepas and plantains. The shredded beef arepas were piping hot and incredibly flavorful, while the plantains, although slightly mass-produced, still provided a satisfying addition to the meal. The team working in the food truck was exceptionally friendly and made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
