A return visit to Shanghai Terrace revealed a dining experience that felt both refined and warmly genuine, far from any hint of robotic formality. The vegetable dumplings were transcendent, the happy rice utterly addictive, and the attentive service-especially from familiar faces-elevated the evening into something truly memorable. Though the crispy tofu missed the mark this time, the sweeping views of the city and the thoughtful care woven into each dish and interaction made the night unforgettable.
