The Angry Goat Pub is definitely one of my favorite bars in Rochester, with amazing food and friendly service that keeps me coming back. Their unique take on the garbage plate, featuring garlic Parmesan fries and goat cheese, is incredibly filling and delicious, and the laid-back vibe makes it a great spot to relax with friends.
