Learning about Gulf Coast seafood with Chef Josh was an incredible experience that went beyond just recipes, diving deep into spices and ingredients. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a fun date night, and I would love to return with friends and family to enjoy the hands-on cooking even more. The staff was friendly and professional, making the evening unforgettable despite a couple of small suggestions like adding background music and providing separate cooking stations for each group.
