I popped by Roux yesterday evening when they opened, got seated right away by the host without a reservation, and Duane, our server, was on the ball with drinks and specials. The Cheeseburger and fries I ordered were out of this world, and my friend's escargot and gnocchi were a hit too. The bill was a bit steep at $90 for two, but the service, food, and lively atmosphere made it worth every penny. We'll definitely be back for more delicious bites at Roux!
