Worst dining experience ever.
Who do I talk to after being treated poorly at the Hyatt House Oceans Fishers restaurant in Virginia Beach Virginia? I'm a VB local and brought my family here expecting to show them a good time. Instead we received poor service , below average food , and a bad attitude from the female manager working on Tuesday July 12 2021 around 930pm.
I'm blown away that a company in the "hospitality" industry would treat my family the way we're treated tonight.
