Riverside serves up some of the best fried catfish you'll find in Saline County, perfectly golden and crispy with sides like jalapeño hush puppies and southern skillet potatoes that bring back that authentic, down-home Southern flavor. While the atmosphere is casual and the staff can sometimes be less than attentive, the fresh, homemade quality of the food and the warm, community vibe make it worth the visit-just be sure to come on a Friday for the full experience.

Riverside is a charming community hub nestled near the Saline River, offering essential goods and services to the neighborhood. The establishment has been a beacon of support for the community for many years, which I find truly admirable. I appreciate the convenience of being able to purchase quality gas, have wild game processed, and pick up snacks and drinks all in one place.

Definitely has changed since the last time I've gone in there. The catfish was mushy, not crisp at all. It was all torn to pieces. They definitely give much smaller portions and higher price for it. Don't go here. Waste of money
