After discovering Angie's glowing review of Kokopelli, my excitement for the Spenard Food Truck Carnival on Thursday was palpable. Despite the unexpected rain in Anchorage, I braved the weather to seek out Kokopelli's delectable offerings. To my relief, not only was Kokopelli open for business, but they had also thoughtfully set up a canopy to shield customers from the downpour, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. While the menu was concise, making a selection was a breeze, and the chicken Kokopelli tacos and honey sopapillas did not disappoint in flavor and quality. The only downside was the portion size, leaving me craving more; perhaps a slight adjustment in pricing for a more substantial serving would make for a more satisfying experience.
