The HEB in Kerrville is clean and well-organized, with very nice staff and good prices. Despite many positive experiences, there is one employee who has consistently been rude to me over the years. During a recent visit, she insisted on charging me an extra $5 for an exchange, even though I had used a store coupon. I left feeling frustrated and will be requesting to speak with a store manager during my next visit.
