The counter worker was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me to choose the perfect lunch, which turned out to be the #5 Eggs over Angus slider with fries-a delicious combination of fried egg, maple bacon, cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and Creole aioli. The sliders, whether Angus beef or chicken options, were consistently fresh, well-seasoned, and served with perfectly crispy fries, making each meal a satisfying experience despite slightly higher prices.

The counter worker was helpful, pleasant, and informative, guiding me to choose the perfect lunch option, the #5 Eggs over Angus with fried egg, maple bacon, cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and Creole Aioli with fries, which turned out to be absolutely delicious, and even though I initially requested no onions, his suggestion to have them grilled on the slider proved to be spot on and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite, making it the best burger I've ever had.

Visited here on 01/24 at an event for Grand Mission. Cashier was an unprofessional airhead. By reports the food was subpar.

Tried to use a visa gift card for transaction. Cashier asked me for my zip code. (What face to face merchant ask for a zip code?) This was suspicious because zip codes are only asked for with over the phone transactions and online orders. Cashier stated that my card was declined. I informed him that that the card was possibly declined because there was no zip code associated with the gift card.


The cashier became hostile and repeatedly asked if I wanted to "do his job" I informed hIm that I had no desire to do his job, I was just giving him an explanation for why it possibly didn't work so the issue could be fixed. He continued to be rude and nasty. I explained to him that there was no reason to be ugly about the situation and asked him to be professional.


If the cashier was a professional and has any common sense he would know that the card was not working because he wrongly registered his company as an ONLINE VENDOR , because of this only REGISTERED gift cards can be used regardless of whether it is visa or MasterCard.

The gift card not being accepted was not a big deal, I could always use another form of payment. I chose not to do business with this merchant because I will not patron a business that does not have good customer service.


I will be forwarding my concerns to my HOA.
