Called in an order and waited 1 hour to get it! Ordered the large cheese dip and received 1 bag of chips. When asked for another was told it would cost a $1.50 more...what I just paid $9.00 for a large cheese dip! Will not go back!

First time customer, ordered steak fajitas to go, did not receive the wraps. Did not realize this until I was home. I called the restaurant and spoke to Heather I told her I did not get my wraps, she said she was sorry and that I could come back and get them or when I came back next time I could get them then. I told her I probably would not be back. The fajitas were nothing to write home about nothing special at all. My son went to the restroom while he was there, he noticed a sign on the wall telling employees that they must wash their hands, the paper towel dispenser was out of paper towels. How sanitary is that? Wet hands coming in contact with other surfaces is not very sanitary at all. I called the Chipley location and ask to speak to the manager/owner since they are the same for both locations. I was told that they were in Chipley and that they should be in tomorrow. I left a message that I wanted to talk to them. Guess what no return phone call as of yet. Probably won't get one. Their customer service is awful and I will not be back. Funny thing is they came highly recommended by some friends of ours. So, beware if you order take out be sure you check and get all of your order before you leave. Eat there at your own risk as employees are required to wash their hands, but have no paper towels to dry them with.
