We discovered an incredible dining experience at the Green Room on the Florida Studio Theatre Campus, where the food perfectly complements the shows. The lively atmosphere, attentive staff, and exceptional dishes, especially the organic lentil and chickpea soup, make it a must-visit, so be sure to secure a reservation!

1. waited 20 minutes after being seated for a waitress- even after politely asking 2 different employees to please find our waitress
2. When beverages arrived, small glasses half full, never did get the glass of wine that was ordered
3. toward the end of my soup, i found a ceramic piece that I almost swallowed, no response when I told the waitress
4. orders messed up, burgers not fully cooked, sides all wrong- no follow up by waitress or management to see if food was ok
5. Asked for beverage refills and check- was definitely time to finish up what we could and leave- then water dumped all over one of the people at our table and his food
6. No offer to replace food- despite his not having a chance to eat (probably ok as it was bad anyway)
7. Manager refused to come to the table- left his waitress to deal with us without any personal knowledge as to whether we were polite or obnoxious to her
Overall- failure in all areas- based on lack of manager's responsibility- feel like it was a top down failure. Our waitress seemed nice, but clearly was not trained, did not have resources from the kitchen, bar . . . and management was completely lacking in concern for diners or staff

The show we saw after was great.
