The Black Drum was cut paper thin and grilled until it was shoe leather! It was so disappointing! The Manager seemed totally indifferent, and appeared to care less. There was not even an I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the food. The onion ring batter was too thick, doughy, and very greasy! It was the N. 10th location in McAllen and we won't be back!!!
