Walking into Rosario's, the warm, inviting atmosphere instantly transports me straight to Peru, where the aromas of authentic dishes like Lomo Saltado and Papa Rellena fill the air. The attentive staff, especially Juan, guided us through an extensive menu with genuine enthusiasm, making each bite of the perfectly crafted ceviche, rich ají de gallina, and crispy yucca fries all the more memorable.
