The service at Emily's Diner was excellent and the food hit the spot. It was a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a simple and satisfying breakfast. I enjoyed the warm customer service and the delicious breakfast options, and I look forward to returning to try more dishes.

The food is still nasty and the owner is so rude this is my last time I will go there this is the 3 time still the same thing and she is very rude to her workers. I would tell her take this job and shove it quit

Service is terrible, when your waitress walks by your table 3 times and want even acknowledge your there or speak and say , I'll be with you soon.

My family and I have loved Emily's since moving to Jacksonville . Everyone is always so friendly especially Sue . I do in home care for elderly and one of my clients and I would eat there almost every Wednesday . If you've never been , you don't know what your missing .
